Shuttle route: Hey Lou HOTEL -> Zleep Hotel -> Terminal 1 (T1) -> Zleep Hotel -> Hey Lou HOTEL

Arrivals/Departures Terminal 1 – Shuttle stop at Terminal 1: Shuttle stop at Terminal 1

Arrivals/Departures Terminal 1 – Terminal 3: Use the Sky Line train between Terminals 1 and 3 when travelling to or from Terminal 3. Trains depart every 2 minutes; the journey time to or from Terminal 1 is approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Please note: In exceptional circumstances, the Sky Line train may be out of service. In such cases, the airport operates its own shuttle buses between Terminal 1 and 3. The stops for all shuttle buses are located in front of the terminal buildings in the arrivals area.

Please note: In rare cases, the service may not be available due to exceptional circumstances – such as adverse weather conditions or unexpected traffic conditions. Please understand that in such cases, we cannot cover the cost of alternative transport (e.g. a taxi).
